Our Connecting Rod Inspection includes a complete check of the big end, small end, and connecting rod body. Magnetic Particle Testing (MPI) is carried out to find cracks that may not be visible to the naked eye. We also check the big end and small end dimensions for ovality and taper after applying the correct manufacturer-specified torque.
The serration area, bolts, and other important parts are also carefully inspected. A visual inspection is done to identify overheating marks, welding repairs, and unusual markings.
After inspection of connecting rod, we provide proper report on RA Power Format. With five decades of experience, we can also carry out minor connecting rod repairs at the site whenever possible.
